This black mortar is ideal for sealing firebox and venting joints, repairing cracked or chipped firebrick, and tuck-pointing mortar into damaged masonry-to-masonry joints where cracks measure 1/4 inch or less.

This non-asbestos mortar delivers excellent bonding strength and is durable as firebrick when heat cured. The air-cure formula allows you to paint the surface once dry, providing flexibility for finishing and aesthetic customization.
